What's happening at 30 weeks
Baby's brain wrinkles and grows more sophisticated by the day.
What your baby is doing
Bone marrow now produces red blood cells (the liver used to). Baby is starting to regulate their own body temperature. Eyesight developing but still blurry.
What's happening to you
Three months left. Fatigue returning hard. Possible swelling — call your OB if it's sudden or paired with headaches.
On the heartbeat
A great week to do a longer recording (1-2 minutes). Heartbeat plus the occasional bump and shift of baby moving makes for a recording you'll replay.
